Hi,
We have several queues where the historical data in Custom Fields is
of some importance to us for reporting purposes.
For example, one such field is "Result", where the value would be one
of "Rescheduled,Canceled,Audited", and so on.
Is there any way to search on the history of these fields? The data
is obviously in the database as it is displayed when viewing a ticket.
