testing.

Description Details
• Develop and manage GxP system lifecycle documentation, including Validation 
Plans, Testing Protocols, Traceability Matrix, Validation Reports
• Work closely and communicate with project teams to analyze requirements and 
build test protocols
• Author and execute test protocols to support computer system validation using 
HP Quality Center
• Document bugs/defects using HP Quality Center
• Follow FDA 21 CFR Part 11 regulations, GxP regulations, Pharmaceutical Client 
policies/ procedures, GAMP5 best practices

• Proficient in the use of HP Quality Center
• Communicate issues that could impact scope or timeline to validation team 
leadership
• Complete all assigned training prior to due dates
• Is detail oriented
• Works under general supervision; typically reports to a manager
• Enter project task time in Clarity
• Requires a bachelor's degree and 4-7 years of experience
• Expected to be on site in Lake County (Monday-Thursday, Friday Flexible)
• Work Schedule: Core hours between 8am and 5pm

Years of experience/education and/or certifications required: 
Associates/Bachelor degree preferred but not required. 2-4 years of experience.

• What are the top 3-5 skills requirements should this person have?
- Analyze contracts for content, clauses, and definition of outstanding 
contractual matters during in direct relation to requirements
- Success at documenting contract terms in Enterprise License Agreements
- Commercial terms and sourcing specific terms Skills
- Strong attention to detail; fact checking
- Strong written & verbal communication skills, with peers and stakeholders


• What is a nice to have (but not required) regarding skills, requirements, 
experience, education, or certification?
• Understanding of IT Enterprise License Agreements
• Knowledgeable of software licensing, contracts
• Abreast of contractual terms and conditions in the preparation of contract 
modifications for price reductions, addition of product, discontinuance of 
product, product replacements and version changes.
• Previous experience administrating ELA contracts and success at documenting 
and administering the following contractual terms is a plus but not required:
o Master Licensing Agreement, Addendum, Amendment, Schedule, Order Form, Use 
Right Agreement

Examples: Bachelor of Science; 4 year pharma, health care, or regulated 
industry N/A…preference is to focus on meeting the requirements
