We have urgent requirement with one of our client's, please review below job description and let me know your interest Position ID: DYESAL00013398 Title: Project Coordinator - Integration Change Management Location: Remote Duration: 12 Months+ Rate: $ 35-40/HR (max) Description: Project Coordinator III - BTS IAI - Integration Change Management Primary Need: . Project Coordinator needed within our Pharmaceutical Client-Allergan Integration Program, providing various levels of support to the BTS IAI (Business Technology Solutions - Innovation, Architecture, Infrastructure) Integration Change Management project team. . The individual will assist the IAI Change Management Lead with all Integration Project/Program tracking that the Community of Practice is supporting. . Activities will include creating and updating the following items ongoing on a weekly basis: o Change Management Steering Committee presentation/updates o Change Action status reports o Change Management project plan o Project/Task status updates . Assist the project team with day to day tasks aligned to driving project success. . Will own and drive the project plan and project task scheduling, updating, and other program/project management type tasks. . May assist with project meeting logistics, such as scheduling conference calls, taking & sending meeting minutes, etc., as directed. . No vendors or suppliers to manage, however will interact and work with leads across a matrixed Pharmaceutical Client/Allergan team crossing 6 Integration Programs & the sub-projects within the programs. . Will work with project sponsors/key stakeholders, team members, and management throughout all phases of project, through completion. . Contract to run from candidate's start date through October 31, 2022 (roughly 1-year engagement). Qualifications: . PPM tooling experience required. . Project coordinator candidates with Organization Change Management experience will take precedence. . A certain degree of creativity is required in this role. The individual will be expected to help assemble a grouping of complex ideas into simple, easy-to-understand, digestible reports & presentations. . A successful candidate will possess the ability to interpret and then reiterate project concepts & updates in a straightforward, uncomplicated fashion, with crisp, professional presentations. . Candidate should possess strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills given the 'medium' degrees of change & project complexity to be managed. . Strong project management skillset needed, including proven ability to lead and drive project success. . Must be a highly motivated & detailed self-starter with strong organizational skills and be able to work under general supervision. . Able to perform a variety of tasks and be able to adjust to changing priorities to ensure the successful completion of the project. . Ability to collaborate with others to complete assigned tasks. . Candidate must possess 7+ years of Project Coordinator experience. . This can be a fully remote position; individual must be able to work full time. . Familiarity with SharePoint Web Design required Preferred Qualifications: . Experience working within Information Technology a plus. . Experience with using Clarity PPM a plus. . Familiarity with Organization Change Management experience/knowledge. . Note: no requirement for PMP certification for this role. . Note: no requirement of Pharma experience for this role.
