Role: Data Engineer with Strong experience in Kafka
Location: Scottsdale, AZ (Remote)
Duration: 12+ month contract
 
Must Have- Spark,  Scala, Kafka
Job Description:

• Confluent Kafka and in-depth knowledge around Kafka Schema Registry and Configuration for Applications
• Stream Sets to build ETL Processes 
• Spark/Scala to process large data sets 
• Elastic Search 
• Memory Databases and Data Modeling for Memory Databases 
• Ability to mentor Software Engineers from non-Data focused backgrounds 
• Demonstrated TDD practices and Automation around all things they do 
• Ability to work with minimal direction
