We have urgent requirement with one of our client's, please review below job description and let me know your interest Position ID: DYESAL00013424 Title: SAP PSM (Purchasing Supplier Management) SAP Ariba, Aravo, Sievo Location: North Chicago, IL Duration: 14 Months+ Locals only Description: Description Details . Coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of key BTS CS (Central Services) and PSM (Purchasing Supplier Management) programs and sub projects. . Responsibilities may also include aiding in the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes and coordinating preparations of proposals, plans, specifications, and financial conditions of contracts. . Experience in project financial management required . Manage and maintain Functional and Project ongoing costs accuracy throughout the year. . Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules, develops solutions to program problems, and directs work of incumbents assigned to program from various departments. . Ensures overall program and sub-projects are completed on time and within budget. Acts as advisor to program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations. . Prior work experience in an IT delivery function and/or a health and life science organization greatly preferred . Experience managing large, cross functional projects required . Strong written and verbal communication required . Experience managing project managers and driving program level goals and deliverables . Experience in Microsoft Applications (PPT, Excel, Word, etc.) required . Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 8+ years of experience in the field or in a related area. PMP and ITIL certifications nice to have but not required . Standard work schedule - some overtime may be required during projects . Role is managing program and project managers in a matrix organization. . Desire is for onsite presence the majority of each week. Remote working will be considered. 1) What hours and days will this person be working? Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm Central time but flexible 2) What are the top 5 skills/requirements this person is required have? a. Proven track record of delivering large cross functional programs. b. Relevant bio pharma and/or procurement experience (one or both) c. Proactive/strong communication d. Able to handle manage multiple projects at the program level 3) What years of experience, education, and/or certification is required? a. Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 8+ years of experience in the field or in a related area. 4) What is a nice to have (but not required) regarding skills, requirements, experience, education, or certification? a. PMP and ITIL certifications nice to have but not required 5) What is the environment that this person will be working in (i.e. group setting vs individual role)? a. Group but able to work independently frequently 6) Is any testing required for this role? a. NO 7) Does this position offer the ability to work remotely on a regular basis or is it an on-site role? If remote opportunity exists, what are the options (i.e. 1 day remote, 4 days on-site)? a. Onsite desired for majority of week, but remote as needed. 8) Other notable details from the hiring manager about this role a. Experience running BOT / RPA projects a plus. b.
