Here's the Job Description & related details for the role. Job Title: Senior Java Developer with Cassandra Location: Austin, TX Duration: 12 + months Note: There will be 2 rounds of interviews. At least 1 round must be in person. If hired candidate will be working/training from Sunnyvale for a 2-3 weeks before working fully from Austin.(THIS IS A MUST) Job Description (Details): The individual must be knowledgeable and competent with Java, Cassandra, Oracle and writing JUnits. Simple Java will not suffice. The candidate should have at least seven years' experience in a scalable, multi-threaded server-side environment and have a test-driven development mindset. Pluses would be experience with messaging systems. The individual must be a self-starter and able to work in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment.
