To that end, the one primary piece that was missing was in depth, end to
end trouble shooting experience that comes with support functions.
Accordingly in the Informatica MDM resource, we really want to get away
from a candidate with development experience and move in the direction of
ecosystem diagnostics.  While experience with the MDM product on SQL is
important, I would say the following list of experience sets is more
important as we look to fill gaps in the support team and ability to
cohesively and comprehensively diagnose problems:



*#### TECHNICAL SKILLS ####*



- Familiarity with containerized deployment systems like docker

- Understands the Openshift clustering platform or Kubernetes

- Extensive experience with performing root cause analysis using only logs.

- Familiarity with tools like ELK for log investigation



Then next priority is Informatica support.  Even if it is PowerCenter
experience, I would priority the aforementioned skills relative to the MDM
experience.  That said, we are tying real time services, predominantly BES
services to the application so experience diagnosing API’s, services, etc,
preferably through the lens of Informatica MDM are critical.
