*Job Title: Senior Business System Analyst* *Location: Des Moines, IA (Initially Remote But After Pandemic It’s On-Site)* *Type: Contract* *Experience: 10+ Years as a business analyst* *Roles & Responsibilities:* - BSA works with client business analysts and SMEs to develop, review, and clarify business requirements for the project. - Develop functional requirements and facilitate reviews with Business and BTS stakeholders and all project participants as needed. - Provide clarifications to configuration, development, and test teams as needed. - Review test plans and scenarios, and provides support for UAT and defect resolution as needed.
