   - Identify continuous improvement opportunities and best practices to
   progress the work of the squad.
   - Engaging with Agile Coaches to help identify and deliver against
   training needs to support Agile practices.
   - Deliver business results and customer value.
   - Ensure that the product is built on an incremental way releasing new
   working features at the end of each squad and creating value for the
   customer.
   - Tracking product performance to inform future work.
   - Delivering on specific and measurable KPIs to be defined for your
   Squad.
   - Managing relevant product budget process and supporting Tribe
   - Lead in engaging with funding process. Serve as the voice of customer
   or end-user.
   - Translating voice and needs of customer into user stories engaging
   users as needed.
   - Engaging in continuous discovery eg via surveys interviews to
   understand customer needs.
   - Proactively seeking customer feedback to learn and better understand
   their needs and requirements.
   - Facilitating product demos to empower Squad members with real time
   feedback from customers.
   - Oversee what is delivered by the Squad and when Prioritizing work
   through a well-organized backlog of user stories and clearly communicating
   what needs to be done and by when
   - Defining and clearly communicating acceptance criteria for output
   based on business customer needs.
   - Support and enabling the Squad to get its work done.
   - Regularly engaging with the Squad to offer feedback on work InProgress
   and clarify requirements
   - Engaging with Chapter Leads with regard to resourcing and functional
   expertise required in Squad
   - Providing feedback as part of performance management of Squad members
   and other members of the client
   - Set an overall vision to direct and inform the Squads work
   - Working closely with Tribe Lead to understand and drive alignment on
   the client business strategy goals and objectives
   - Translating client objectives into a clear vision for your Squad to
   inform the creation and prioritization of the Squads backlog of work
   - Sharing information about the Squads output and priorities with other
   Product Owners to ensure alignment across the organization Enable the
   organizations new way of working
   - Modelling behaviors to support the organizations transformation to a
   new way of working
   - Actively creating and maintaining a Squad culture based on the
   organization and Agile behaviors
   - Providing informal and formal feedback within context of larger
   performance management system
   - Being customer focused and dedicated to understanding and learning
   about customer needs and requirements Operating with a transparency mindset
   communicating clearly and openly both above and below
   - Being comfortable leading directing and empowering team members
   without formal management authority
   - Working with ambiguous requirements and multidisciplinary teams
   influencing stakeholders up to the senior levels of the organization
   - Bringing a data driven approach to decision making both in day today
   management and in making strategic trade-offs
   - Looking for opportunities to innovate and get things done better and
   faster
