Prepare, publish, agree and monitor the project activity and schedule, stakeholder’s management. Participate in knowledge sharing sessions. · Optimize implementation to fit PEGA guardrail warnings. Build common framework and capabilities for data analysis to enable reusability. · Develop PEGA component involving activities, flow actions, when rules, decision tables and trees. · Involve in bug fixes during the testing phase and deploy the changes. Make a conscious attempt to understand the stated and unstated needs of the customer. · Demonstrate awareness of emerging trends in own area and makes recommendations. Keep abreast of global changes and understands their impact on the business. · Construct complex eligibility, validity and relevancy rules to enhance the service response time. Capture, Track, Analyze and Prioritize issues and identify consequences. Provide support in analyzing development requirements from potential new system/sites. · Participates in backlog grooming, sprint planning meetings to analyze and finalize the requirements. · Provides periodic status update to supervisor and highlight / recommend any changes in design based on challenges faced. · Develop PEGA component involving activities, flow actions, when rules, decision tables and trees. · Responsible for troubleshooting the issues using PRPC tools Rules Inspector, Clipboard, Tracer, PAL, DB Tracer, Profiler, PLA, etc., · Guide the other developers in identifying, preparing and conducting unit test cases and fixing defects based on results. · Responsible for creating test case cases and fix complex defects identified during functional / non-functional and user acceptance testing. · Participates in daily agile scrum standup meeting and reports the daily status to scrum master and team.
