Job 1: Ambulatory Job Description: Location: Cumberland, RI Responsibilities: * Implement, build, maintain and optimize Epic electronic medical record (EMR) system * Participate in the project management life cycle of Ambulatory related projects including design sessions, configuration/build, providing go-live support, and coordinating with the Epic training teams. * Assist with innovative resolution to operational workflow issues that involve the use of clinical information systems and decision support. * Maintain up to date Epic Ambulatory Certification. * Ensure clear communication in all areas so that expectations are met. * Provide support to Ambulatory Operations to implement EHR and workflow efficiencies in line with organizational goals. * Complete application build for projects and other change requests. * Build prototypes to determine feasibility when warranted. * Participate in appropriate user forums, planning sessions, and status meetings. * Communicate project status to stakeholders and the management team as needed. Job 2: Resolute Professional Billing and Claims 1: Location: Cumberland, RI Responsibilities: * Provides Epic Resolute Professional Billing product function, design, and build expertise needed for successful product implementation. * Works with the I.S. team members, vendors and customers to ensure that the Epic Resolute Professional Billing system is properly maintained and necessary changes are reliably tested, documented, and implemented. * Ensures the design and configuration meets patient care and business needs. Completes the appropriate Resolute Professional Billing build and testing. * Attends weekly team meetings to discuss team and project related activities, issues, change, communications, and updates. * Coordinates program and/or data moves from development to test/education and production regions working independently, while mentoring/assisting others. * Develops effective relationships with end-users and other team members to enhance the timeliness and effectiveness of technology solutions. * Participates in software upgrades, and ensure that they are tested and successfully implemented. * Assists practice users with claims/denial issues to prevent revenue loss. * Identifies areas for workflow and process improvement. Develops solutions and collaborates with the team and management to implement these solutions * Other related duties as assigned. Requirements: * Current Epic certification in Resolute PB, Claims and Remittance required * Three or more year's healthcare experience required, preferably in a provider organization. * Three or more years of experience working with structured analysis concepts and problem management concepts, and performing organizational analysis, with a focus on information systems. * Demonstrated knowledge of structured software testing and documentation required. * Three or more years' experience working with practice management systems and/or clinical information systems required. * Experience in claims, remits, contracts and denial management preferred. Strong technical background, including an understanding of ANSI 837 and 835 formats and the ability to create and customize logical rules to prevent incorrect claims from being submitted. * Strong understanding of upstream and downstream data sources in order to investigate the root causes of claims errors. * Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment, prioritize multiple tasks, and problem solve under pressure of deadlines and resource constraints required. * Strong analytical and problem solving skills are mandatory. * Excellent oral and written communication skills, both technical and business focused, are required. Job 3: Resolute PB and Claims 2 Location: Cumberland, RI Responsibilities: * Analyze and document client's business requirements and processes; communicate requirements to technical personnel by constructing basic conceptual data and process models, including process flowcharts and technical specifications. * Coordinate user groups and project teams, convening conference calls and meetings and maintaining minutes and follow-up logs. * Develop documentation of test plans, technical documentation, release notes, end-user guides, training programs and/or other materials as necessary. * Communicate technical design issues to non-technical people. * Ability to work independently and as part of a fast moving team. * Ability to lead Business in programs with complex projects. * Work within timeline and resource constraints provided by the Project Manager. * Provide ongoing communication with users, managers, corporate directors and vendors to assure support and current initiatives. * Performs other duties as assigned/required. Job 4: Cadence/Prelude modules: Location: Cumberland, RI Responsibilities: * Ability to perform system build and configuration in Epic Cadence & Prelude. * Ability to develop and maintain documentation of business/system requirements. * Expertise in creation of Epic rules to achieve business requirements. * Ability to configure Real Time Eligibility Interface messages and create eligibility alerts for Healthcare providers. * Good understanding of relevant masterfiles and Chronicles database. * Ability to configure Prelude workflow and workqueus for clinical user groups. * Ability to identify issues, prioritize and provide resolution. * Ability to integrate Welcome and Cadence build as per business requirements. * Ability to create new types of guarantor accounts. * Good analytical and critical thinking skills. * Ability to work with extension and rules for scheduling. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare operations or clinical environment. * Individual contributor in EPIC EMR implementation. * Team player with the willingness/ability to work in a collaborative environment . * Good interpersonal and communication skills. * Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office tools.
