The application they are supporting is on *the cloud* so they have to have a basic understanding of AWS. The client is seeking an IT Analyst II to perform the analysis, design, implementation, modification, and daily functional support of all applications. *Job Responsibilities:* · Provides production support key accounting applications. · Works closely with business and development partners in solving any production issues. · Participates in deploying code in production. · Monitors the application process as and when needed and works on resolving any issues during that time. · Works with AWS console to maintain and resolve any AWS component issues. *Education/Experience: * Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field is desired. · 2-4 years’ experience required · Basic knowledge of programming languages in order to comprehend reading Unix scripts and basic functions · Ability to navigate through Linux and Windows machines is required. · Should be able to work with Autosys. · Oracle experience Ability to solve technical problems/ processes and understand complex details A high level of interpersonal and verbal communication skills necessary to relate to other people at their systems knowledge level Ability to analyze complex situations and problems and do the necessary research using multiple sources of information to arrive at innovative solutions · Basic knowledge on AWS Sysops Engineer or similar certification will be added advantage.
