Primary Skill Set:



·       Overall 8 years  & 6+ years relevant work experience after MS, in
Business Analysis.

·       Strong time-management, verbal and written communication skills

·       Ability to understand business requirements, analyze and document it

·       Demonstrated ability to effectively influence people

·       Extensive Experience on working with stakeholders to define and
document detail level requirements



Secondary Skill Set:

·       4+ years of experience working with the 5 stages of project
management: Initiation, Planning Execution, Monitor and Control, Closeout

·       Prior Airlines Domain experience is a plus

·       Experience in managing multiple stakeholders

·       Experience with PPM tools: e.g. Microsoft PPM, Clarity, other.

·       Proficient with MS Project.

·       Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project
Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus



Roles and Responsibilities:

·       Collaborate with internal teams and external Partners to define and
execute deliverables related to product, Operations, Finance and Go-To
Market

·       Drive visibility and awareness of Project and Program
deliverables to ensure the organization and its partners have up to date
information on project progress

·       Track and support timely delivery of project deliverables and drive
escalations as needed to clear risks and roadblocks internally as well as
externally

·       Drive initiative goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired
outcomes

·       Help manage expectations across a diverse group of cross-functional
internal and external stakeholders via the Critical Path Method using
Performance Evaluation and Review Techniques

·       Organize and facilitate discussions on discovery, planning,
stakeholder update, and transition meetings with various representatives at
different levels of the organization including external parties

·       Lead large, moderately complex projects within the Program
Portfolio

·       Identify and manage risks and dependencies across multiple
projects with internal/external organizations

·       Ensure projects are completed with the agreed upon scope, on time,
and within budget

·       Prioritized work to meet deadlines
