Role: Lead Automation Engineer Location: Reston, VA (Day1 Onsite) Rate: $60/HR on C2C Experience: 7+ Years Job Description: Must Have: Web service / rest service QA validation and automation * Must have hands on experience with Web Services & REST Services testing. Expertise with soap UI/Ready API, Postman or Parasoft. * Experience with one scripting language preferably Groovy/Jython & Java or other automation framework * Good knowledge of Java and flexible to work on technologies C# & Python * Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD). * Good to have experience in querying Kibana & Elastic Search * Experience in agile/SAFE development methodologies with continuous integration * Good to have NoSQL knowledge * Experience working closely with development and business teams to communicate problem impacts and to understand business requirements * Strong organizational skills, ability to track multiple test executions simultaneously and to be able to synthesize the results * Excellent verbal and written communication skills Top 3 Must Haves: 1.
