*1. Job Title: Web Design-Heuristic Review/ Sr UX/Web Design2. Job Summary:
Practitioner of User Centered Design. Understand and implement Design
thinking. Conduct Design Thinking workshops with Executive Leadership to
build UX Roadmap. Act as UX influencer to Clients and Senior Leaderships
when needed. Conduct user research through research methodologies. Gather
user requirements with Business stakeholders. Hands on knowledge of
creating detailed lo-fi and high-fi mockups. Expert knowledge of commonly
used Design tools available in market. Document Interaction design. Conduct
Usability Testing. Provide design walkthrough’s, clarify to other
development team. Very good communication skills should be able to
articulate design rationale. Collaborate with client design team or project
team. Audit developed designs and communicate the design errors. Should be
able to handle design projects individually or as a team. Mentor and guide
fellow designers. Review peer design works.3. Experience: 10+ years.4.
Required Skills: Technical Skills : Process UI Alignment ,Responsive Web
Design ,Visual Design Elements & Fundamental Domain Skills :5. Technology:

"Overall responsibility for delivering an Omni-channel experience for the
brand across channels including digital & online initiatives, social media,
mobile, website.- Communication and promotions to be consistent across all
channels and enabling effective research through these channels of
communication enabling ROPO (research online purchase offline).- Make the
marketing efforts even more effective and efficient with communication that
are relative to a specific consumer determined by purchase patterns, social
network affinities, website visits, loyalty programs, and other data mining
techniques.- Provide a seamless brand experience, regardless of channel or
device. Consumers can now engage with a company in a physical store, on an
online website or mobile app, through a catalog, or through social media.
They can access products and services by calling a company on the phone, by
using an app on their mobile smartphone, or with a tablet, a laptop, or a
desktop computer. Each piece of the consumers experience should be
consistent and complementary.*
