*Job Title: UX Strategist (Looking for 10+ yrs exp)Location:
RemoteDuration:6+ Months  Responsibilities:What you'll be doing: *

   - Lead virtual customer interviews and client discovery activities to
   deeply understand our client’s business objectives, processes, and to
   capture insights into what customers are saying, feeling and thinking about
   the brand.
   - Develop and present digital consumer experience and journey maps and
   personas, helping to guide the current and future development of
   direct-to-consumer digital experiences for our client.
   - Research and analyze secondary market data to distill customer trends
   to further define direct-to-consumer segments.
   - Analyze and synthesize discovery-related data into a detailed and
   actionable insights and recommendations report for the client’s
   direct-to-consumer channels.


*Qualifications:Skills and expertise needed: *

   - Strategize, plan and lead UX strategy and/or discovery workshops
   - Collaborate with various user experience design colleagues to define
   and deliver digital experiences
   - Conduct and analyze competitive and industry trends to evolve
   appropriate points of view
   - Conduct focus groups, consumer and client interviews and workshops in
   order to obtain critical findings which guide decision making
   - Translate research findings into insights and recommendations through
   different mediums such as journey and experience maps, empathy maps,
   storyboards, personas and user profiles
   - Evaluate and introduce new insights capabilities (e.g., tools and
   methods), that are up to date with new technologies and methodologies
   - Collaborate within cross functional teams of UX architects, content
   strategists, interaction and visual designers, client and project managers

*You must have the following: *

   - 3+ years in digital/UX and CX strategy, design or brand role, ideally
   with a strong B2C slant
   - Portfolio of demonstrated UX and/or CX strategy and research experience
   - Prior experience at a digital agency, digital consultancy or an
   inhouse digital experience design group, creating and implementing customer
   experiences based on data-driven insights
   - Experience running service design or design thinking workshops
   - Strategized and successfully implemented innovative client strategies
   (brand experience, UX or CX strategy) in a fast-paced environment
   - Prior experience developing and rolling out global UX or CX
   experiences
   - Strong
