We have urgent requirement with one of our client's, please review below job description and let me know your interest Title: Workday HCM integration & configuration (12156) Location: North Chicago, IL Duration: 6-12 Months+ Locals Preferred (onsite work Required from Day1) Description: Works with end user groups to identify technical solutions to business problems or inefficiencies with Workday. Evaluates existing systems and/or user needs and makes recommendations. May require certification in specific applications. Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the Workday HCM report and integration concepts, practices, and procedures. Provides consultation on business process topics related to the Workday services that are being delivered by other resources. Generally supports mainstream skills or common packages/platforms. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. NOTES FROM INTAKE CALL: 1) What hours and days will this person be working? Monday thru Friday 8am-5pm CT; need resource to be flexible in order to support global requests. Specific hours (start/end times) may flux based on specific project meetings to accommodate global business partners and team members. 2) What are the top 5 skills/requirements this person is required have? a. Required Skill 1:Develop Solution Design, Functional Requirements documentation and Integrated Testing cycles for projects b. Required Skill 2:Ability to work with minimal direction on in a fast-paced team environment with strong written and verbal communication for interaction with technical team, internal clients, and external vendors c. Required Skill 3:Technical and functional experience in the development, implementation, data conversion, testing and operations of Workday HCM reports and integrations d. Required Skill 4:Operational experience related to Workday HCM configuration and integration monitoring and troubleshooting e. Required Skill 5: 3-5 years' experience effectively lead requirement gathering sessions, facilitate meetings with internal/external customers and technical team members 3) What years of experience, education, and/or certification is required? Bachelor degree in Business, Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent experience 4) What is a nice to have (but not required) regarding skills, requirements, experience, education, or certification? 2-4 years' Workday (Core HCM, Benefits, Talent, Compensation) reports and integration experience 5) What is the environment that this person will be working in (i.e. group setting vs individual role)? Combination of both group and individual setting 6) Is any testing required for this role? No 7) Does this position offer the ability to work remotely on a regular basis or is it an on-site role? If remote opportunity exists, what are the options (i.e. 1 day remote, 4 days on-site)?
