Middleware Administratior Orangeburg, NY Description: Responsible for the design and development of medium to highly complex systems. Sr Systems administrator with experience in Middleware Administration on Linux/Windows platforms, network and infrastructure systems Administration Ideal candidate should have experience with supporting and managing Peoplesoft and Infor application & system administration. Troubleshoot complex system and application issues with technologies such as Oracle Web Center/UCM, Oracle Weblogic, Apache, Tomcat and Linux. Perform automation tasks such as application deployment, log analysis, configuring diagnostic alerts, domain creation using shell scripting and WLST Python scripting. Perform root cause analysis and fix critical system issues such as memory leaks, stuck threads, connection pools issues and application slowness. Conduct middleware upgrades and execute change control procedures and application migration to Datacenters. Use various monitoring tools and configure WLDF (Weblogic Diagnostics Framework) to enable email alerts for various Weblogic Server issues such as JDBC Connection Pool count, JMS message count and Server Heap Size. Design quality system architecture to assure redundancy at all app and web levels. Partner with development team to analyze each system to ensure the necessary monitoring, automation, and processes are in place to optimize stability and reduce cost to run. ERP system administration including software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting using PeopleSoft, Linux, SQL Server, Oracle administration tools, and WebLogic; configuration, and troubleshooting using Infor workforce management. Ensure stability and availability of the production and non-production landscape to maximize for high availability of systems and provide 24x7 server and systems Infrastructure support to address critical production issues. Firewall, Load Balancers, Certificate Processing, Windows, Shell Scripting, PowerShell scripting. Work in a fast paced agile environment with experience utilizing DevOps tools such as GitLab, Stash, Jira, Jenkins, Docker, Ansible, Cloud Foundry to automate manual tasks Experience with AWS services such as: EC2, AWS VPC, S3, Route53, CloudFormation is a plus.
