*Designation: Sr. Ruby Developer Location: San Francisco , Oakland (California) Job Type: Full Time* *Salary : $100k- $150k + benefits* *Additional Information:* In this Role You will also be expected to: contribute new ideas to rapidly evolving architectures help continuously improve our teamwork and development processes provide and receive technical guidance, mentoring, and training to/from your team members at all levels. We work on a wide variety of systems: public information websites, mobile sales tools, energy usage reporting tools, and back-end loan processing software. Our current project is a financial services call center system. We are Agile, though estimating isn't a huge focus. Our product owners have been well trained so we hum along pulling logically consistent stories from our queue. We architect collaboratively, pair occasionally, but mostly work solo with code reviews and pull requests. We try to keep knowledge silos to a minimum. Everyone works on everything.
