I'm having trouble getting the server up as well. The install went fine,
but it looks like something is blocking it from running on port 3000. I
disabled the security software, but that had no effect. Something else
here in Windows 10 is blocking it.
C:\Dev\Ruby223\Proj\Test>gem list
*** LOCAL
Hey Quaker,
I've done that also.only if you take the remote control..you can figure
out what's the issue is all about.

For me it seems that you are missing some gems.
Run bundle install and try again afterwards.
