Hi, I see that there is already an optional argument "maximality=False" in the code of PairwiseCompatibleSubsets, but I don't see it used in the code - and I actually vaguely remember Nicolas saying that this was not yet done.
I wonder if it would be hard to add the maximality feature to PairwiseCompatibleSubsets, or if someone maybe even have it implemented already...
