This patch does not apply cleanly. I have tried out-of-the-box sage-4.5.3.rc0, sage-4.5.2 and sage-4.5.2 with the combinat queue installed. Is there a prerequisite patch? Or were there some changes to modules_with_basis.py since the patch was written that broke it?
