Having just installed ubuntu 12.04 server on a new machine I built and
tested Sage 5.11.beta3 (how else to test it?)
I used make after doing export MAKE='make -j' (the machine has 32
cores) and after building most stuff it froze, I saw via ps aux that
there were a huge number of python processes
