There is no spkg-install script, no setup.py, and no configure script,
so I do not know how to install /home/hassan/build/sage-3.2.1/spkg/
standard/sage-3.2.1.spkg.

if you use a constant as a piece in "Piecewise":
sage: f = Piecewise([[(-1,0),0],[(0,pi),sin(x)]])
then you can do anything with this function:
sage: f.default_variable()
