[sage-devel] Current Maxima version

The version of Maxima that ships with Sage is 5.35.1 from December 2014, while the most recent version is 5.38.1 from May 2016. Is there a compelling reason not to upgrade this package? Surely some of the Maxima bug fixes will be relevant to Sage. -- You received this message because you are
