I don't think we can guarantee that it'll work with every system ATLAS. I don't know any example where the system atlas doesn't pass checks. Though sometimes the atlas libraries have funny names so that setting SAGE_ATLAS_LIB isn't enough, so it doesn't compile. What kind of error are you getti
