Trac is back up. It was, in fact, out of memory. I doubled the amount of
memory allocated to the virtual machine and rebooted it and now it seems to
run fine.

When trying to pull up http://trac.sagemath.org/
I get:
Bad Gateway
The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
Additionally, a 502 Bad Gateway error was encountered while trying to
use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
