Built 6.3.beta1 on ubuntu 12.04. Some failed tests in sage -t --long src/sage/gsl/probability_distribution.pyx sage -t --long src/sage/plot/plot.py all of the form TclError: couldn't connect to display "localhost:11.0" Now this may be regarded as a fault of how I accessing the machine on which the test are being run, but I still think this needed to be reported. (My desktop is connected to a server via ssh and on there I am in tmux shell.
