Upgrading from previous beta with make ptestlong all pass except
sage -t --long --warn-long 114.0 --random-seed=0
src/sage/tests/cmdline.py # 3 doctests failed
which on rerun shows this:
$ ./sage -t --long --warn-long 114.0 --random-seed=0 src/sage/tests/cmdline.py

Unfortunatly, installation fails for me due to mpmath

Both of them require setuptools-scm in the setup.py (no pyproject.toml),
but do not pick up our setuptools_scm (contain
