This release introduces a new failing doctest in `sage/graphs/bliss.pyx` and so the test bot is failing on GitHub. It is due to some changes in `sage/groups/perm_gps/permgroup.py` (don't know which PR). In particular, method .gens() now returns a tuple and no longer a list.
This is fixed in https://github.com/sagemath/sage/pull/36040. Best, David.
