On Ubuntu 22.04 running on Xeon E5-2623 + 16 GB RAM:
- incremental build (-j16) from 10.3.beta1 with system python (3.10.12): OK
- make ptestlong --> "All tests passed!"

For the record, I don't have this issue
On Debian testing, upgraing 10.3.beta2 to 10.3.beta3 and running ptestlong
passes without any failure.
