I've searched sage-support, all the docs, the MoinMoin docs and done a bunch of Googling, but I have not learned how to stop the wiki. A ctrl-C kills it, but it immediately starts up again, but with the port number incremented by one. Same thing if I use kill to stop the wiki's twisted server PID.
