I have SAGE 4.6 on my Mac OS X 10.6 Mac Book Pro. Before I installed
SAGE I installed the Tk-Tcl libraries as I was advised. Now when I
plot (matplotlib with TKAgg backend) or open a file dialog box with
Easy GUI (which uses tkFileDialog.askopenfilename(...) from the TK
library X11 starts up and the interface that comes up is X11, not the
native Mac interface I used to get with my older Mac Book Pro (10.4
with SAGE). My desktop Mac Pro (SAGE 4.6 OS X 10.4, TK-Tcl libraries
also installed) still works with the Native Mac dialogs and plot
windows. I've searched on the SAGE support and google and come up
with some hints that TK is starting X11 and opening X11 dialogs, etc.
which seems consistent with my situation. But maybe someone here
knows what's going on.

I really don't want the X11 interface. I want the Mac interface. Is
there any fix?

Thanks for any help or pointers.
