You should be able to download the latest beta version (which includes the changes from #19370) at http://www.sagemath.org/download-latest.html You need to get the file "sage-6.10.beta1.tar.gz", unpack the tarball, and build it. Actually, once you build it, if you move the Sage installation, it will break (because of changes in OS X 10.11).
