Is the following a bug? I don't really know what 'adaptive=True' means
-- the documentation isn't very helpful -- so maybe it's not supposed
to work for functions like this...

def g(x,y):
    if y <= 0 or y >= x**2:
        return 0
    else:
        return 1

Then
    plot3d(g, (-3, 3), (-3, 3), adaptive=True)
fails, with the message
