Velha church grounds.
Everyone on stage was into rendering Konkani music: local artistes,

Dear FN,
In many places a simple photocell activated switch is fitted. This
automatically turns the lights on and off depending on the ambient light
levels. These are inexpensive but can save a lot of power.

Timer switches usually work on electricity supply and would switch off when
there is a power cut or failure and switch on again once power resumes.
