After so much to complain about with repeated power failures, things seem
to have improved in the past two days. (Hope that I'm not talking too
early...)

On Wednesday, power failed just two times. Short intervals too. That too,
on a day of some very heavy rain.

On Thursday, I didn't encounter a single power failure in our area of
Saligao.

Thanks to whoever complained, or took any action. I think with the
government things only improve when complaints go on record. Don't forget
to ring up the phone number 1912 whenever you have a power failure.
