We had 3-4 rather dry days except last evening. Before that there was
an unannounced small storm (our Met Office always tends to get it
wrong). When passing by the market, I saw a tree had crashed and the
electricity staff were working to get the broken electricity lines
back again.
Another thing:
All schoolchildren in Goa should perhaps have a lesson on 'reading
your monsoons' compulsorily :-) This year, the beaches seem pretty
eroded! Not sure if it's for real, or we're getting psyched by reports
that Goa is among the places to be affected by global warming... FN
