On first July, 1866, the ganvkaria having met according to the
votes( clan or vangor)that is of the first vote Silvestre da Cruz, of the second
Francisco Salvador Pinto, and Aleixo Joao Coutinho, of the
BUDGET OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF SALIGAO CHURCH 1
Today we begin a new series on our Saligao Church which deals with the
construction as well as the financial aspect. We begin with the set-up of
things prior to the laying of the foundation stone of the church. The year
is 1866.
