We've made quite a lot of pineapple squash, green (gaunti) lemon squash,
mixed fruit jam and cashew wine. Will also be making mango squash/jam
soon. All the products are made without any added colour/flavour/
preservative, with fruit from my backyard as we had a good crop of lemon,
papaya, pineapple, chikcoo, guava, Moira banana - only bought strawberries
and grapes for the jam. All our fruit ripened around the same time so we
decided to make the squashes/jam.
