reminds me of one annoyance !!!
When
doing this, a new entry is created with the same name as the one it is based on.
Hence if you are trying to set a dependancy then two entries are listed with the
same name.

there any way to add something to the name of the new

choose editànew entry based on... this will create a copy of the entry
you just created and you can just change ip address and name or whatever
you want.
