it's able to actualy execute it.

I am trying to use the checkevt.pl through external errorlevel.
I am typing the following into the field below "Alarm when the errorlevel
returned by"
c:\perl\bin\CHECKEVT.PL Computername:APPLICATION:1000:1:*:*:ID:1128
Then I moved the .pl script into the salive directory and ran
CHECKEVT.PL TM
Still debugging. Let you know
later. I think it only happens on start up because my computer takes 5
minutes from login to desktop. Let you know more later. (I do not
however get a email when it is back up and I should.)

Tried it and love it ! Makes usage of the group/sub group much more
enhanced. By all means, keep adding to this one.
Mark my feedback "very positive"!.

Servers Alive and i-mode?
I have recently installed (clean install) the latest build (with
the new global replace) and now my disk space checks are sending me a down even
though they are not. When I view in server’s alive it is not down and
the status is as it should be (> 1GB available). I have no idea why it is

Dirk,
Dirk,
I have logged the server on and running servers alive as a program.
It seems to stop during the perfmon checks of a windows 2000 server.
Telnet is unavailable (ie it can connect, but cannot get any response.)
I have currently put these in maintenance to see if it is just these
checks?

When it stopped working did you see the interface? (I suppose not since it
was the service running as a user account and not the system account with
desktop interaction). Could you connect to the telnet/ssh/web interface?
Did that work correctly?
What was the last thing that the logfile showed? W
Dirk,
I have had a funny one this morning.
At around 05:00 Servers Alive stopped checking, servers alive itself was
still running and had not failed.
After some time and numerous restarts, I managed to get the checking to
work again (Although it seems to stop 'mid' cycle)
At approx 10:30 server
