Hey Brent, that's a good thought. I do want all alerts to all people.
But how would you get it to send the alert, and only send it once? What
about when it's back up? Man, I really miss using the MAPIsend with the
external alerts Oh well ... :) But you've got me thinking, thanks!

Yes I can get a list of process running using the ctrl_alt_del taskmanager
functionality of w2k sp4 PC
Also my killps tool shows all the tasks running and visible on the task
list.
Plus we get a list of running process generated by pslist tool and process
explorer from system internals.
