The timeout issue is a typical issue with MS API calls. Most of them don't
have timeout options and even if they have the are something just not
respecting them. We have no option but to accept this since we can't

I have found that the check does not end after the 15 second timeout and I
am unable to telnet into servers alive. The application is in a not
responding state and the only way to get around it is to end task and
restart Servers Alive.
