Dirk
Is the schedule display going to change in v5 ?
It'd be handy if there was a tool-tip or something to show what time is
being selected.
Thanks

Yep we're planning an "open" protocol were it will be possible to use remote
agents (on whatever OS).
Don't think that will be in v5.0 however.

Dirk,
Recently there was a discussion on the limitations of SA remotely checking
the state of processes on remote systems.
I know from our previous investigation of the enterprise monitoring systems,
that their one big strength that SA lacks is the remote system status
gathering and reporting a
Yeah, and I didn't even have to update to a new version!

I uses the hostname/prettyname and remark.
Only show the found entries can't be done.
Being case (in)sensitive is something we could add as option (in v5).
Also it only does a FIND, not a FIND NEXT...also something for the future (I
suppose).

WHAT!?!?!?!!?
A feature I missed?
Well, I'll be D$&*#d.
Could you make that non-case sensitive? Is it only the host or pretty name?
Could it be setup to force the GUI to only display checks containing the
search string?
THANKS!!!

1) if within the mail you have the name/prettyname, then you can FIND the
entry with the find option too.

then I spent quite a few minutes trying to find the offending check entry so

I just ran across a couple of situations that didn't quite fit the current
SA.
1) Would it be possible for the GUI to offer a new color choice or icon or
something for those checks that are newly changed in status? Like if it's
gone from UP to DOWN or Down to unavailable? Maybe have a 3 or 5 cycle
