When running as app, and when you say the table doesn't get created, what does
the debuglogfile show for that as reason?

There is no option to delay items in the startup folder. The way I usually
delay items if needed is to create a batch file and run a "ping -n 300
127.0.0.1" Change the 300 to whatever you would like to get the delay you
need. After the ping run "start "c:\program files\salive\serversalive.exe
