Dirk Am doing a Mail flow check but I keep getting a lot of time-outs errors such as the one below:
"ServerA is DOWN because external COM check (Mailflow Check) status = ERR POP3:[10060] Connection timed out" I have increased the time-out to 120 sec but still no joy. Can you please let me know how to setup the result-based filtering so that I don't get an alert when the result contains the words "timed out".
