No Servers Alive sends a request to the remote system with a timeout value of 300 seconds. You can get 2 cases: * within those 300 seconds you do not get the result from the remote system * the OS decides before this timeout that it's no use to wait longer

May I suggest a slight check improvement on this front. Instead of simply waiting till the end of the timeout period is it possible to change the check to have two fields one for timeout and another for number of retries e.g. Have a timeout of 5 seconds (user configurable) but also all
