On the /status you can not change it, as said by Jason you will have to create
your own template and have it generate the output in the log you want to have
it.
As for the mail, if you would do a search in the doc on "Mail generated" (which
is the first part of the footer of the mails) you'll see

We have been a Salive customer for over 11 years now :).
We'd like to make the following changes in Salive:
Put our company logo in the webserver status page and remove any
woodstone entries.
Also, on the email alerts, remove woodstone and put our own wording.

That's normal, Windows 2008 (R2) does not allow the service to interact with the
desktop and as such the icon can't appear.
We're working on a work-around for that.
