You don't need an installer for it
Download the rrdtool-1.2.15-win32-perl58.zip file and extract the rrdtool.exe
file from it, that's all that is needed.

Did anyone create an installer for RRDTools? All I can find are Linux
distributions, and the instructions for creating the installer fall far beyond
the programs I have to create one.

In my setup - I'm using the last 6.x beta on Win2k3 server and in all
cases the SMTP to SMS (@*) email address followed a
standard email address (comma separated)
I'll buy the license upgrade and try for a fix.

It seems that in some cases (or better on some systems) the SMTP mailer didn't
send all the mails (even if SA did generate them). Although we were not able to
reproduce the problem were able to fix the problem (at least fix it for those
that reported the problem).
